Most Popular Celebrity Skincare Brands

Some celebrities have branched out to include skincare companies to be a part of their brand. These four are our favourites!

Juice Beauty is an organic skincare, hair care, and makeup company with roots in California. It was founded by Karen Behnke, a serial wellness entrepreneur, in 2004. Juice Beauty’s products are packed with antioxidants and vitamin-rich organic botanical juices.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow currently acts as Juice Beauty’s creative director for makeup. She was attracted to the company because of its ethics, its products, and its commitment to cruelty-free, organic, vegan, and healthy ingredients. Paltrow’s lifestyle and eco-chic living blog, goop, has paired with Juice Beauty, and Paltrow has designed her own makeup collections for the brand.

Alicia Silverstone, another Hollywood actress, has also collaborated, as her Alicia Silverstone for Juice Beauty Collection launched in 2016.

Josie Maran is a former American supermodel who discovered the healing properties of Argan oil on photography shoots in Morocco. She noticed that many native Moroccan women had incredible skin, and asked them for their secrets. Thus, Josie Maran Cosmetics was born. Her most popular product is the 100% Argan oil, which is organic and chemical free. It is extracted from the nut of the Argan tree and is loaded with Vitamin E and essential fatty acids, and it has amazing conditioning, healing, and repairing properties.

Argan oil is safe for children and babies, youthful and senior skin alike. Other popular products include the Whipped Mud Masks.

The Honest Company is one of the most well-known natural skincare products on the market. Founded by Jessica Alba, the company was developed with the idea of natural baby products in mind. Baby wipes, diapers, and creams with healthy ingredients helped the Honest Company become a billion-dollar enterprise. Now, it has expanded into other markets, including skincare, hair care, and makeup for women.

The products are not expensive and they are very accessible (in Toronto, you can find them at Indigo Books & Music). They also sell organic home cleaning products for your dishes, clothes, and furniture.

Kora Organics is a new beauty company that was founded by Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr. Kora products are not designed to enrich your skin, but also your spirit, as Kerr sees one's daily cleansing routine as a special moment in your day, when you connect your mind with your body. The products are made of high quality ingredients, such as superfruits, natural oils, fatty acids, and vitamins. Each product is also energized with Rose Quartz, a crystal believed to carry a soothing energy.
